About Us

Our Mission

Based on a Christian foundation, the mission of Christ Church School (CCS) is to develop the whole child by providing challenging and creative academic, spiritual, and social experiences.

Our Community

We believe that children have an opportunity to grow to their full potential in an educational environment with a low student-teacher ratio.  Therefore, each class is limited to 14 students and staffed with two qualified teachers.

Our Programs

Christ Church School is committed to providing the highest quality early childhood education programs for children ages 20 months to 6 years through planned learning activities that are developmentally appropriate for each child.   To meet this goal, CCS has chosen “The Creative Curriculum for Preschool” published by Teaching Strategies, Inc.  This curriculum rests on a firm foundation of research with content guided by national standards.

Our Faculty

Our teachers are the highest caliber possible for your child’s early educational experience.  They are selected for their education and previous work experience.  They are dedicated educators who participate regularly in educational activities and conferences.  All of our staff have completed first aid training and are CPR certified.

Our Safety Policy

We require all children to be signed in and out by an authorized adult whose signature is on file.  Emergency and informational forms must be on file and updated regularly for each child.  Our campus was designed to ensure the safety of our children with fencing around the facility and access through self-closing, self-latching gates. Our new playground was designed to meet all safety standards and is covered by shade structures.  The school office has a view of all classrooms and the playground.

Our Uniforms

Christ Church School desires to instill a sense of pride and community for our students.  For this reason, a simple uniform with the school’s logo has been chosen for all students.  Information about the uniform is available in the school office.  Uniform orders are submitted directly to Land's End via their web site (see Uniform Ordering Instructions).

Our Admission Policy

Christ Church School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school-administered programs.
